Hi everyone attending the 2020 Ringneck Tournament!

You will see below a list of rule changes that have been put in place, which affect the 2020 Ringneck Tournament.  They are listed below but we want to highlight 2 of them.

Releases:

1.  All team players, coaches, and scorekeepers must sign to release form prior to participation.  The first will be available online and is for the City of Sioux Falls and Sioux Falls People for Youth. We will email your coach a link that may be used by all team personnel.
2. The second is again a release for USA softball.  Your will have a single sheet similar to a roster that must be signed.

THE SIGNATURE ON THIS FORM MUST BE A PARENT OR GUARDIAN IF THE RELEASE IS FOR SOMEONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18. 

The second is regarding admission fees (Gate).

All Teams will be assessed a $200.00 fee games (collected at team check-in) in lieu of charging spectators fees to watch games.  Last year individual spectator fees worked out to over $250.00 per team so it is actually a lower overall charge.  We suggest you collect this fee from your parents as they will not be charged any gate or entry fees.

Finally if for some reason after reviewing the one time rules you elect to withdraw from the tournament you must do in writing by June 12th.  Any withdrawals after that date will be subject to a cancellation charge unless we have a team willing to take your spot.  We value your participation but also understand that this is a very difficult year.
